Alessa Jewelry Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsor
The giveaway is hosted by Alessa Jewelry (“Sponsor”). This promotion is in no way
sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Eligibility
- Open to participants aged 18 or older.
- The giveaway is open to residents of all countries except where prohibited by law.
- Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period
The giveaway begins on 15th December 2024 and ends on January 4th 2025. All entries must be submitted by the end date to qualify.

4. How to Enter
To enter:
- Follow @Alessa.Jewelry on Instagram.
- Like the giveaway post.
- Tag 5 friends in the comments
- Share the post on your story and tag @Alessadesigns
- No purchase is necessary to enter.

5. Prize
- The winner will receive a $5,000 credit to spend on Alessa Jewelry pieces.
- The credit is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- The credit cannot be combined with any discounts, sales, or other offers.
- The credit is valid for one year from the date of issuance.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
- The winner will be announced on Instagram on January 5th 2025
- The winner must respond within 7 days to claim their prize, or another winner will be selected.

7. Additional Rules
- By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
- Alessa Jewelry reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other unforeseen problems arise.
